myzonedigi operates this online store and sells digital books and digital products. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
## 2. Digital Products
All products sold on myzonedigi are digital products (e-books, PDFs, eBooks, digital educational resources). No physical products will be shipped.
After a successful purchase, you will receive a download link via email. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
## 3. License and Intellectual Property Rights
When you purchase a digital product from myzonedigi, we grant you a **personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license** to use that product.
**You have the right to:**
- Download the file to your personal devices
- Read and use the content for your personal or professional use
- Print one copy for your personal use
**You are strictly prohibited from:**
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the file to third parties
- Selling, renting, trading, or sharing the file
- Uploading the file for free download on any website

Any violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your usage rights and may result in legal liability.
## 4. User Account
To place an order, you may create an account or checkout as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates our terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
## 5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in your chosen currency. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment provider indicated on our site. We do not store your credit card information.
## 6. Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery is **instant**. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the download link. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
The download link is valid for 30 days. We recommend that you download and save your files immediately.
## 7. No Refunds (Except Exceptions)
In accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, **digital products are non-refundable** once the download has been made.
Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or will not open
- You received a different file than the one ordered
- You did not receive the download link after 24 hours
For any claim, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
## 8. Prohibited Conduct
By using our site, you agree not to:

These Terms of Service are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
