Return and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (e-books, PDFs, and digital educational resources), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions:

• If the file is corrupted or not working properly, contact us within 7 days and we will send you a replacement file.

• If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate within 48 hours.
